Online Purchase Returns
Thank you for B.ing beautiful. Only items purchased on shainabcosmetics.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return. Items purchased on shainabcosmetics.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Shaina B. Miami products.
- Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances.
- Items must be in their original packaging including all plastic sleeves, cardboard boxes and covers in new condition. Items returned without original packaging cannot be accepted and will be deemed used. The customer will have the option to pay for shipping to have the used items returned to them should Shaina B. Cosmetics LLC receive items that are not in new condition.
- Returns accepted up to 14 days after confirmed delivery.
- All discrepancies, such as missing, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery to email@example.com.
- Shipping fees to return items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
- Any promotional discount received on your original purchase will be recalculated when the merchandise is returned.
- If the product is deemed defective Shaina B. Cosmetics LLC will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
How to Return
- To return an item, please email Customer Service at email@example.com
- Please be sure to include the following information:
- The product(s) being returned
- Reason for return
- Copy of invoice/original receipt number
- Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an authorization number and instructions on where/how to ship back the item(s).
