What counts as a return
Only items purchased on shainabcosmetics.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return. Similarly, items purchased on our site (shainabcosmetics.com) cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Shaina B. Miami products.
Products that have been used will not be accepted as returns unfortunately.
Products that are being returned must be in their original packaging including all plastic sleeves, cardboard boxes and covers, in new condition.
Products returned without original packaging cannot be accepted and will be deemed used.
You will have the option to pay for shipping to have the used items returned, should Shaina B. Cosmetics LLC deliver items that arrive with discrepancies.
Any discrepancies, such as missing, damaged, or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery by email to firstname.lastname@example.org (please send us photos of discrepancies)
If the product is deemed defective Shaina B. Cosmetics LLC will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer service to report and arrange replacement by email at email@example.com
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after the confirmed delivery date.
Shipping fees to return items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Any promotional discount received on your original purchase will be recalculated when the product is returned.
How do I return products?
It’s easy to return something unsuitable or no longer wanted, just follow the steps below:
First email Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to flag the problem and include in your email the following information:
• The product(s) you want to return
• Reason for return
• Copy of invoice/original receipt number
Upon receipt of your request, we will send you an authorization number and instructions on where/how to ship back the item(s).
