Is your beauty tool and makeup range cruelty free?

Our beauty brushes are cruelty free yes - they are made of ultra soft synthetic fibres that are both kind to animals and kind to your skin.

Our makeup range is not tested on animals but is not yet vegan in it’s ingredients - this is something we are working on and once we’re ready, we’ll be shouting it loud and proud.

Why is my coupon code not working?

Always check if it is still in date first. Otherwise, it will likely be because you are using it on discounted items. Coupon codes are only valid for full price items and within their validity period.

Does Shaina B. offer a PRO discount?

Not right now, but it is something we are looking into for the future. Hold tight, we'll let you know when we do!

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do I get free shipping?

If you are a resident of the United States and your order is for delivery within the U.S then absolutely! Standard shipping is only available in the contiguous United States and to APO/FPO addresses.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

Yep! We have no problem shipping to PO Boxes, you just gotta choose ‘Standard’ shipping method. If you select ‘Upgraded’ or ‘Express’ it will cause delays. Let’s not let anything get in the way of you and your Shaina B. Parcel.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Sadly not right now - but we are working on it. As soon as y’all can shop from afar you’ll know about it!

How long does it take to process my order and ship it to me?

It normally takes between 1 and 3 business days to process and pack your order and then transit will be between 5 and 7 business days depending on where you live in the States. You can select ‘Upgraded Shipping’ when you place your order and this will speed up delivery time.

My item has arrived damaged, what can I do?

If you have received an item that has been damaged in transit or is defective, we are super sorry - but don’t worry we will resolve it! Make sure you report the problem within 7 days of delivery and take photographs to send to us. If the product is deemed to be defective, we will replace and ship the product at no charge to you. Please report any problems to info@shainabcosmetics.com
